Recently, a number of startups have resorted to raising funds for their projects through ICOs. While many of these ICOs now flood the internet, and have been subject to abuses, a lot of them are still reliable and are yielding several thousand percentage profits for those who take the bold step to invest in them.
Of the 50 open positions I hold, only nine are in the red and 6 of those are Tier 4 punts where my exposure is low. None of my Tier 1 investments in the red, and of the two Tier 2 investments which are in the red, one is a tiny leftover Ripple position of under £300, and the other was my stupid BAT entry where I times the market stupidly.
So, let’s put everything on the table. ICOs are essentially coins which you get by supplying someone with currently successful crypto coins so that they have a chance to make new future proof and even more successful coins. It seems silly, but somehow these ICO transactions are actually making a huge buzz in the cryptocurrency world. It is estimated that nearly $240 million has already been invested into such ICOs, of which about $110 million was invested this year. Surely there is a reason for such a huge movement of money? We think that people are constantly searching for that new and shiny cryptocurrency that will inevitably become the world currency system, and perhaps this is the reason why investments into this research are so high. Some of you might say that the potential is already there via Bitcoin or some other already released currency, but the reality is that not everyone is on the same page. Those of us who are so called non-conformists might be looking for something special in other places.
Coinbase has some serious competition. Today, Robinhood starts rolling out its no-commission cryptocurrency trading feature in California, Massachusetts, Missouri, Montana and New Hampshire. Users there can buy and sell Bitcoin and Ethereum with no extra fees, and everyone can track those and 14 other coins in its sleek app. That’s compared to paying 1.5 to 4 percent fees in the U.S. on Coinbase. Users can sign up on the Robinhood Crypto site to waitlist for access.
Day trading is all about getting into a trade in the best possible time when the price of cryptocurrency is low and getting out before it is about to drop. We now know the theory, but what about the practice? Well, it should be no surprise that at the foundation of everything is a solid technical analysis. Each and every trade should be created for a specific analytical reason – i.e. we have identified resistance and support level or we have a clear trend. Once you figure out the potential entry and exit points, do not forget to monitor fundamental news that might shift the price.
According to legend, Satoshi Nakamoto started to work on the Bitcoin concept in 2007. While record shows that he was living in Japan, it is speculated that Nakamoto may not, after all, be a single individual but a collective pseudonym for more than one person. On 15 August 2008, Neal Kin, Vladimir Oksman, and Charles Bry filed an application for an encryption patent application.
Yeah … I’m going to +1 this. I’ve lost some money (not on an outright scam) in this arena. There are some very interesting developments (Ethereum, Cryptonote) that I believe will effect the future. But 99.95% of this place is crawling with people who are in the know long before the news hits who are guaranteed to no lose money.
The moment you look at the amount of support Tron has been receiving lately, you immediately realize it’s not just yet another blockchain-based platform. Tron’s technology aims to deploy world’s largest FREE content entertainment system. The platform allows anyone to store and own data, and to freely publish their content. Its app “Peiwo” already gathers 10 million enthusiasts and is on the road to become the world’s first TRON-compatible entertainment app. This technology revolves around the following ideology: All contributions on the network should be of equal quantitative value, the Internet should be decentralized, and data creators should have the absolute ownership of the data. It’s important to realise though that Tron has been pushed like hell by an ambitious marketing department… I have not yet decided if this is a cryptocurrency which will survive but, for a one year hold, it seems a safe bet.
It is possible that you are relatively new to the cryptocurrency world and therefore know little, or nothing, about Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the pioneer cryptocurrency launched in 2009 by a software developer called Satoshi Nakamoto.
The Bitcoin network was eventually born in January 2009, with the release of the pioneer open source Bitcoin client and then the issuance of the first Bitcoins. The first block of Bitcoin ever, referred to as ‘genesis block’ with a reward of 50 Bitcoins, was mined by Satoshi Nakamoto.
There are many groups on Facebook where you can find likeminded folks who will happily talk crypto all day but the problem is that 99% of these groups are filled with people who have only a very basic understanding of cryptocurrency and the knowledge available here is not particularly strong. I have recently left almost every single group on Facebook as, in my opinion, they are largely filled with FUD.
The world’s first bitcoin transaction took place when Harold Thomas Finney downloaded the Bitcoin software the same day it was released, and was rewarded with 10 Bitcoins from Satoshi Nakamoto. Satoshi is said to have mined an estimated 1 million bitcoins in the early days before he left the stage and handed over the reins to developer Gavin Anderson, who then rose to assume the role of Bitcoin lead developer at the Bitcoin Foundation. This foundation was set up in September 2012 to garner support for the development of the Bitcoin currency.

What I like about Coinbase is they meet all the regulatory requirements in the countries they operate, and they have two distinctly separate but integrated products: Coinbase for buying and selling bitcoin or sending them to friends, and Global Digital Asset Exchange (GDAX) for more advanced and precise trading.

Each exchange offers different commission rates and fee structures. As a day trader making a high volume of trades, just a marginal difference in rates can seriously cut into profits. There are three main fees to compare:
How does that sound? I think it would be helpful to anyone who is new to trading and wants to grow a small account into a bigger one. (or a huge one) Trading is not really that hard to understand, its really all chart reading and controlling your emotions. Everyone else buys and sells, reacting to the news or a rumor or some price move or a friends hot tip or or who knows, could be any combination of things.. But one thing is for sure, its all written on the chart and if you learn to read the charts you can easy start to multiply your money.
