check out trevon james on youtube, he has some trading videos, also tone vays’ channel, and i want to say the coinigy guys have videos too but dont quote me on that one. There are quite a few people to watch there. Most of them are on steemit anyway. Dont do what they do, just see what they do if/how it works, and if not then you know what not to do. there is a lot to learn from others. even if they’re mistakes!
Thanks for this, so my story: I’m new and have been using Coinbase then suddenly was told I need to verify ID to continue buying. I’ve tried several times but have been unsuccessful, most likely because I recently moved from California to New Mexico. And as everyone knows their customer service is virtually non existent. So I’ve been trying to sign up with several other exchanges but keep getting told they don’t do business in New Mexico. I guess I’ll just keep trying exchanges until I don’t get you know of ones that do business in New Mexico.
Did you notice that when the market cap on two different days was almost the same so was the price? This might help you to understand what to expect within the day. Check this information before you start again selling in panic when the price drops at a considerably low amount. A very good idea is to create patterns where you write down a market cap and a probable range of a cryptocurrency price. This way you will know where the market is probably heading. And if it’s the right time for you to sell or whether the price will bounce back again (if the market cap is high and only the value dropped). You can check the market cap and a price of all cryptocurrencies for each day at coinmarketcap.com, here select a coin you want to monitor and click on the tab “historical data”.
One of the most sought after reasons why so many traders are turning to Bitcoin is the fact that it’s a completely new median and is in most cases independent of the FOREX and other exchange systems. Furthermore, this currency also moves on a global scale, so it is somewhat isolated from localized risk. Events that impact the fluctuation of Bitcoin prices are usually easily traced and often predictable as long as common sense and some knowledge of economics are used. Those of who are first starting to trade Bitcoin won’t have to sift through enormous amounts of data to carefully analyze price movements of Bitcoin, in most cases you can see clear relationship between events related to Bitcoin and its value.
Not all the coins we expect and we predict will go up every day. Fighting in the crypto world also has a challenge like this, just as we trade in the real world. Sometimes we sell, and sometimes do not sell. So, we’ll get profit when we are lucky.
There are fees involved with trading; fees decrease as trading increases. Other exchanges have better rates (like GDAX for example). In other words, you’ll pay a little bit more than market price (or sell for a bit less than market price) and pay a small fee when trading on Coinbase (this is the trade-off for ease of use).
