I am emotionally invested in the success of Bitcoin and crypto in general. But as far as my day trading is concerned, I’m ready to drop BTC at any moment because there is no room for emotions in this game.
I guess I’m conservative on my investments. read the books on Warren Buffett, and every shareholder letter of his for Berkshire Hathaway and I’ve tended to fall more into that line of thinking because I understand it and it makes sense to me.

On cryptocurrency mining: As noted, one way to invest in cryptocurrency is via cryptocurrency mining. That is a valid way to start investing if say you love computer gaming and need a new rig and want to invest in small amounts of cryptocurrency while maybe making back some of the cost of the rig (and maybe even breaking even) but that is an entirely different subject. The average investor will want to trade USD for cryptocurrency on an exchange and avoid the complexities and investments of mining. In all cases, unless you already have a good rig with a great graphics card, you’ll need to put down USD upfront anyway.
On Balance Volume (OBV): This is one of the best indicators for day trading bitcoin used to basically analyze the total money flow in an out of an instrument. The OVB uses a combination of volume and price activity to tell you what is the total amount of money going in and out of the market.
This is another open source cryptocurrency which introduces something new into the crypto world: instant transactions. Originally introduced to the cryptocurrency market as Darkcoin, this currency was renamed Dash on March 25th, 2015. Unlike other currencies, Dash uses X11 as a chain hashing algorithm for its proof-of-work system. It was one of the currencies which started with a set of pre-mined coins, estimated to be about 1.9 million coins which are equal to about a quarter of the current Dash coin supply. The developer of Dash faced his fair share of issues when working with Dash, one of which was known as an “instamine” error. After resolving the problem, the developer suggested a re-launch of the cryptocurrency but the community strongly insisted on leaving everything as it is and progressing with the development of the currency. At one point, Evan Duffield, the lead developer and creator of Dash, suggested that an airdrop of Dash was needed to broaden the initial distribution of the coin. This was also overwhelmingly rejected by the community. The Dash community is one of the most active around the cryptocurrency side of the internet, and the current capitalization of Dash is over $500 million USD.

More coins would fly, and some of the returns were huge. Ripple and Digibyte were two of the best. Then during April and May, things started to get insane. Everything was flying, in May alone my portfolio jumped +158%. If someone had offered me that for the year when I started, I would have snapped their hands off.
Trading bots are rather common in the bitcoin world, as very few traders have time to stare at the charts all day. Most people trade bitcoin as a way to generate passive income while working their regular day jobs. With so many people relying on trading bots, the question becomes which one can be trusted and which one should be avoided. Below is a list of known cryptocurrency trading bots, however, your mileage may vary when using them.
If my mind hadn’t said “it will die pretty quick” (thought like 25-35, lol) I would’ve made a fortune…never underestimate the noob traders out there who only make their decisions based on market cap or stuff.
The difference being that cryptocurrencies have ICOs, initial coin offerings, and any entity or group is able to launch it as an investment, while regular companies have IPOs, or initial public offerings.
